One of the necklaces, oblivion or wisdom, are part of an sqi ingredient list I believe. I never did manage to sell mine, though, so I'm not sure on the prices.
Hand of God is more or less worthless on this server, I do believe, because it's part of the job change quest for Sader. Maybe there's more use for it, but if there is I've never heard of it.

I'm really not sure on the rest. None of the cards or headgears really jump out as a good price getter. Sorry @_@.

 But i'm sure someone will be needing the necklaces at some point, so don't npc them or anything.
