CAN GMS PLEASE TELL ME THE REASON FOR THE BAN OF THE ACCOUNTS BY THE NAME karlphx, and aldophx?

YES I AM WRITING IN CAPS LOCK, AND I DONT GIVE A CRAP. I NEED ANSWERS!

WHERE THE HECK IS THE BAN LOG? WHY DO WE HAVE A MUTE LOG AND NOT A BAN LOG?

THAT IS RIDICULOUS

no it wasnt my account, it was my cousins account. They have never frauded, botted, or scammed anyone. We recently had a Paypal problem because they thought we had stolen a Paypal account. But we sent proof to them telling them that we didnt including screenshots and the Paypal staff said it was okay and returned the Paypal account to its normal state. (it was limited)

So this is the only reason i can think of for the bannishment of those accounts. But i already sent a support ticket with the screenshots of Paypals email and the proof we sent. And they have not responded. I dont even know if it was the paypal thing that got them banned but it is the only problem that theyve had and well maybe it was a reason for them to ban those accounts.

I can even post the screenies here

They banned you because they knew you would use caps :P

lol thanks, and they still havent answered the support ticket... i mean if they had time to ban those accounts.... then they must have time to give me a reason for the bannishment as well

similar suggestion came up a while ago cause someone was peeved and didn't know why they were banned. Turned out to be an accidental ban, maybe your case will be the same? Anyways I hope this is resolved quickly for you, good luck!

yeah i really hope they accidentally banned them because theyre my buddies for this game. We've worked hard to get where we are now, i mean we started without anything, and now weve got decent gears and levels.

Accidentally o.O. I don't think GM would accidentally ban someone

Well, GMs could have accidentally accused someone of something. And it has happened before.

1) This is not a report, so this is not the right section for this post (I'll be moving it to the correct section after I post)

2) This will not get your support ticket answered any more quickly.

3) Most likely, the GMs will not tell you the reason since you are not the one that was banned. It is general staff policy to only give this kind of information to the person or persons who were actually banned. This is for the sake of privacy. If at all possible, your cousin is the one who will need to submit a support ticket.

lol ive seen GMs post why people have been banned on the FORUMS.

Well i guess ill tell my cousin to tell them. Also in my support ticket i specified that my cousins dont know much english, so for the better understanding from the GMs part, i took the responsibility of writing their support ticket as clear as possible, since this kind of matter would be hard to explain in a language you barely know.

Usually this is when the person who was banned has specifically asked for that information on the forums. Not when a friend or family member asks.

Edit: Depending on what language your cousin speaks, there may be a GM on staff who also speaks that language.
