does berz clip help reduce casting time to priest and monk?....

or berz clip are for sader's only?..

ohhh.. so ok... what if i have 2 berz clip 1 di ewe and dl boots that's like cast reduction of 86% right.?.. then il pump dex enough..
still i cant IC?..

Nope. The reason is because the game factors out the reduction for DEX first, and then applies that % reduction to the remaining cast time, so even if you got the DEX reduction down to like half a second, that 86% or whatever would be taken from that half a second. You'd cast REALLY fast, but there'd still be a cast time, however slight it may be.

Just for clarification purposes, I'm just a forum master (a glorified moderator, basically), and not a GM. I have no in game powers whatsoever, and I don't do support tickets. If it's not on the forums, it's beyond my territory as a staff member.

That said, you are quite welcome for the help, and, yeah, if you want true IC, you will need DEX gears. Have fun! /ok
