Title: Where do I go to become a champion?

I know about the the job change person in prontera but is there another one that I need to talk to for the champion change?

I must have the levels mixed up then. What level monk do you have to be in order to job change into a champion?

Become 99 anyclass then you can change into a High Novie. Once a high Novie you can change into anything you like again. High Swordie/Merchant/aco ect... get to 99 as a Monk then change to High Novice - High Aco -Champion
