Title: how long it take GMs to do support tickets

i put in a ticket on 11/24/08 and still waiting whats up with that never took this long in past
if eney one know way so long geting to thim some players say thay do thim whin theres an up date
well theres been a few of thim so whats the deal with takeing so long

Be patient. There are people who have been waiting longer. (1 year and longer)

There aren't many GMs so you gotta wait.

I wrote a ticket, and 4 days later, GM asks me a question for which answer was allready written in the ticket, i write back and here i go, waiting 4th day, nothing :S

If you wish to have your support ticket answered and resolved satisfactorily... you must wait may have to wait for alll eterrrrrrnittttyyyyyy...

Actually, it depends.  Easy cases are answered within days or even hours if you're lucky, hard cases can take months.
