Say is that npc that lets us slot stuff like dark blinkers up yet or did those just become item shop only items?

For the dark blinker[1], it's shop only.
I know there's quests to make awe[1],ewe[1], and visor[1]... I forget what else @_@

Umm there's one that makes a few of the glasses and maybe a mask. Idk it was in hugel but disappeared after the update it might be back. /shrug

blinker[1] doesnt have blink immunity
