where can i farm/find glacial heart??

if glacial heart=ice heart, then u can get some at ice dungeon from siroma or gazeti.

is this for the rachel sanc quest?

yeah, then just go to ice dungeon lvl 2 or 3 and kill everything you see.

icedungeon 1 is enough for those that dont have great gears. Just kill those fuzz balls :)

The monster name is called Siroma
But the drops are not 100% though

yes but they're a heck of a lot easier than taking on those tall ice guys and those bigger fuzz balls. Drop rate is still around 30% anyways, isn't it?

Ice Titan: 100% drop rate
Snowier: 90% drop rate
Gazeti : 90% drop rate
Siroma : 30% drop rate
