Reboot as in all char data will be erased reboot?
I don't think we've ever had a reboot on this server before...

i think they mean maintenance, and only a GM will know that

No, the support ticket will NOT be approved.
I am asking becuase i have a seller for the garm pet and the soone ri get it, the better.
