by an unnoticeable difference, the shoes would be better /ok  ~nyo^^

+7shoe compared to +8sandals

+7shoe starts off with exactly 1base defense higher than +7sandals

if its +8, u get a 2/3 def bonus.
so a +7 shoe is only 1/3 def better
