ok, ive seen these in some of the screen shots people have posted but their windows and stuff look diffrent then the absic ones and i was just wondering how you get those. thats all.

a folder called skin insert it inside ur RO folder. if u dont have one, make it. (i doubt u'd have it first...unless the DL came with the folder somehow) then go ingame, (restart the whole client of course) alt+o skins and choose
