Title: About roll back mechanism

I tried to search and read many topics to figure out but there was nearly no explanation about roll back .....  :o

So can anyone tell me how to roll back ( i mean what to write inside the support ticket )  ;D

"I would like to roll back my character, name, to a High Novice" works. /ok Make sure you have your account information in the spaces below the description.

A roll back is a process where you take your character and modify it back into a novice, without changing the base level of the character. This is a particularly useful, where you feel that you have reached the zennith of your character and want to change classes to experience them

or if u have a sinx and want to play stalker
u can write
''roll back my level 99 sinx to high thief level 99 job level 50 please'
same stuff if your LK wanna change to pally

o.o i thought you just can roll back to novice/high novice

Ok if i have a sinx and want to roll back him into bio can't i ask for high merch job lvl 50 ?

only to a previous class

sinx,stalker-> high thief
LK,pall->high swordman


or also trans character -> any 99 nontrans
