I have a support ticket that say "Waiting for Other". Who is this mysterious group of people I don't know anything about D;

It basically means it's waiting for somebody other than a sub-GM, and might not necessarily require a specific High GM or Admin to answer, and thus wasn't sent to any one specific person's bin. In short, it's the generic 2nd-tier bin.
