How can i recall the game accounts I've used in-game?

I don't want to waste the time I've sacrificed after I stopped playing for a due to some problems...

Support ticket?
Make sure you provide enough information as possible.

e-mail, username, etc...

these are the info's they need as provided from my support ticket for my accounts when i came back.

reply from GM Adrift:

We need the following information to retrieve your password(s):

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
