When I screenshot and check my folder; no new ones show up

using vista? It could be stopping you from editting it (Ie: saving screenshots) because it's in your program folder.

mine doesnt either is there a way to fix this i am running vista

Move your RO folder out of Program Files and try that :3 placing the entire folder (and remaking your shortcuts) on the desk top should help.

There should be a button "Compatibility Files" when you browse your RO folder (or the screenshot folder), and you should find the screenshots in there. Yeah, and the other solution is to either turn off the User Account Control and start Vista as an administrator, or to put the RO folder in your user folder, or at least anywhere else.
