i just wanna kno y it takes so dam long 2 respond 2 da support tickets.. i understand that u guys may have a lot of support tickets but all im askin is 2 tell me my new passwords 4 my other 2 accounts..it would take less than 5 mins but its prolly been over a week...as well as my character n item lost problem... dont take me wrong.. its not like i dont appreciate nethin u guys do or have shit 2 say..i kno da gms have work 2 do but all im askin is 4 like 5 mins of ur time plz.. -_-

The GM's are most likely working on other things to better the server and fix some of the things that are broken (or just need to be worked on). Also, they probably have a TON of support tickets still to deal with and along with spend credits now since the Kaho Changer, Unslot etc. is down.  Just be patient like everyone else and they will get to you when they can. They are trying their best to get to everyone and sort things out with the server as well.

i understand that but i cant play at all since my character n items r lost wit 1 account n my other 2 accounts passwords were changed.. all im askin is 2 plz atleast give me the pass 2 the other 2 accounts.. i mean that should seriously take 2 mins.. they just need 2 open up a notepad file =\... i cant play at all n i really miss ro haha.. n the thing is they responded quik wit the 1st ticket then when i replied.. thats when it took a while.. atleast my passwords.. plzzz =D lol pretty plz? o.O

It wouldn't be fair for other players who sent in support tickets.

If the GMs give you 2 or 5 minutes of their time. Everyone else is going to want 2 or 5 minutes of their time.

the thing is, there are probably 100+ people waiting on '2-4 min.' of GM's time with problems that are as minimal in terms of time consumption as yours. There's been so much to do for them lately I wouldn't be surprised if they're backlogged. Please have patience, and in the meantime, just chill ingame with friends or find something else to do until you can get your accounts back. =)

well if they have all those tickets howd they respond 2 ask a question but when i replied 2 ask 4 their help, they decide 2 take 4ever ..my bad dont mean 2 sound disrespectful or nethin but all i wanna do is get bak 2 playin the same fun ro server as i was 2 to 3 years ago.. -_-   w/e but its lame...

once you update, it seems to take longer: 1-2 weeks. Then repeat that cycle until your problem gets resolved  :-[

no, for a ticket like yours, maybe a week or two? .__.

mushizuki, dont scare him off with exaggeration - ONLY item scams take that long, because its a lengthy process for the GMs to get your items back.
Knuckl3s shouldn't have too long to wait.

yup n i even sent em proof along wit my ticket =D.. i miss dis game..hopefully i still got my touch.. my sinx owned bout 3 years ago haha n if u pvp im sure ill c u lol

i understand how you feel.. my ticket is 5mos old now.. GMs still doesnt answer it.. what i did is buy a new Char and gear it up while waiting for my 2accts.

Some of you should be aware that it's not as easy to give out the password to an account. The fastest way for a password recovery is if you still have access to the email address registered to the account. This way, we can send you a password recovery email. But in case you forgot which email you used, you need to provide us with the following information:
1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. Character names, base and job levels, headgears, look, etc.

If you are unable to give us proof that you are the owner of the account, we are unable to tell you the password.
You cannot simply take it for granted to get back the accounts in one minute if you stopped playing for two years, when you still played on the server called AnimaRO, but don't have access to the email address anymore.

(If you do not remember the email address, as we are not allowed to tell you which email is registered to the account, you can submit all of the email addresses you might have used/you are currently using, so we can check if they match.)

I know, it sounds dissatisfying, but accounts or items lost prior to or during the server split back in February/March 2007 are not recoverable any more, assuming you don't have access to the email address registered to the accounts, since there are no logs of this time anymore. You're way too late if you send in a ticket NOW, two and a half years after the server split, requesting your account passwords. Not saying that you (Knuckl3s) stopped playing prior to this happening, but the dates mentioned in your support ticket are from 2006.  :-[
Also, if you're able to stop playing for 2 years, you should be able to wait at least one or two weeks for your ticket to be resolved. Creating multiple tickets will only slow down everything. :<


As for the other tickets that are currently in the "Waiting for GM or High GM response" state for quite a long time: I'm really sorry for that, but if you didn't share passwords and items with other players, you wouldn't have to wait. :(
