Title: WoF on PvM.

How does it affects other persons? I want to know this as for MvPing matters; If I use wall of fog on the MvP, does WoF affect other people trying to attack it or just the MvP? or neither? Also, does it reduced ranged damage done  from the WoF caster and his party to the MvP?

Anyone in the fog gets the Ranged reduction, and the chance of blind.
Anything out of the fog gets the -Hit penalty.

I know for sure that if you use WoF on a monster, they get hit with the blind chance.
The only thing I can't remember, is if they gain the ranged reduction from the fog as well.

not sure about the reduction but i know they get the 75% miss chance. so its best to not wof monsters unless its to blind them while you run away.

But my question is, do I(and my party members) get the 75% miss chance versus the fogged monster too?(I think that from what Axle said the anwser is yes, but I didn't get it quiete clear enough).
Nvm I went out and tried it for myself.
