Title: How Much is a Soldier Skeleton Card?

I think the topic says it all. BTW there's one other question on my mind, what exactly does Lolli Ruli Card do? Some cards have confusing description and I'm not sure if I would get the bonus stated. Please Help, thanks!

because we have alligator 12 crit and mobster card +15% dmg with crit and extra crit to thief class in this server that sell around at 2-3m. so people will just buy those 2 card instead of SS card unless u sell it at low price for new player

*This will always work on every class.
