Title: Downloading problems.

Okay so i downloaded Anthem on my new computer. Eveything was working fine. I downloaded the mini setup and the full setup. I ran my sakray and my client. Everything was done. But when i click on Anthemexe. this pops up.
"Cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem."

I also have an other computer I did everything the same as my first problem, but this time it works all the way to 100% on the loading screen and then just freezes on me.

Please help me with both of these problems if you can!

same thing happened to me when i tried to install it on my laptop.
got the same error "Cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem."
so i decided to uninstall it all.. i dont know =/

I have unistalled and installed multiple times. Same thing everytime.

Oh, if you're getting this error, go to your RO folder, and double click on the setup.exe file. Change the resolution, and do not play fullscreen, and it should work.

In case that doesn't work, (re)install updated video card drivers!

When i click on setup it comes up blank. all I can see is the fullscreen box. All the other options lke 640X... are blank.

It seems that your video card drivers are missing. If you can find out which video card you are using, please go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers, afterwards, try changing your resolution etc. again!
