If you update your tickets; will the wait be slower?
And
Is anyone else missing any items after zone went down? Because Me and someone else I've met has items missing after the zone went up again?

a few people in RS lost their items like valk shields kahos gr's etc
and i wouldthink if u bump ur ticket itll take a bit longer normally i heard it would

I have already closed a good portion of the tickets regarding item loss due to the crash today. Chances are if you filled out a ticket right away, your ticket may already be done, unless I had to ask you a question first.
