What exactly happens when you transcend, because I'm told that this happens if you pick the same class you were (i.e. assassin into sinX) but doesnt happen if you go into something else (i.e. Preist into LK or w/e). seriously this is pretty complicated, or people cant explain it well....

What happens? The transcending?

You have to be level 99/50 as the second job,when you transcend you turn into a High Novice and from there you can turn into whatever High Class you want...so if your an Assassin you can turn into a High Mage if you want a Prof. or High Wizzy. Or whatever else you want.

assasin level 99

~change job at alber/pront~

high novice level 1
with 100 extra stat

~change job at alber/pront~

at this point u can choose high swordman, high acolyte, high mage, hi archer, hi merchant and high thief
let say u wanna be sinx..choose high thief of course

~change job at alber/pront~

it doesnt matter which class u play before trans
high novice=new start
u can choose any class to play

ok so do you reset everything, and the only thing that u keep is the 100 extra stat points? or do you keep your skill points?

Think of it as starting over...only exp is harder to get.

u keep/obtain 100 extra stat and u lose all job level because u are novice(high) again
dont worry too much leveling when trans..trans skill is much more better and fun

Ok so it really doesn't make any diff if you rolled a certain class and transed into the same class, or transed into a diff class?
