Title: I forgot my password and can't log into my account

well i was going to change my accoun'ts password and email to my current one. but when i clicked "change" then the internet went out and after it went back on, i had to relog on the site to change the pass. but then i couldnt log in! i tried my old pass and my new pass! and im the only person that knows this info! pls help me! what do i do?i sent a support ticket. is there anythin else i can do?
