I already gave her her necklace and now she only says, "may freya blablabla" nothing else.
How can i turn on the mvp thing

You need to go to the last level of the ice dungeon 2 hours after his last death, then there are flames at the four stones near the center, you use the ice powder you got to douse the flames, then he spawns.

then someone has killed him D: there are 4 "white flame"  's that you talk to when you're able to spawn him.

You can only do this quest once per character.

I also think that only the person who finished the quest and got the powders can actually use them. When I made the quest with my WS, I traded the powders to my Champ and wanted to spawn Ktullanux, without success. I had to keep both, my WS and Champ, on the map, spawn Ktullanux with my WS, switch to my Champ, and kill him. xD
