Title: Dual Client Suggestions
Post by: femme fatale on October 25, 2008, 03:08:41 am
I'd like to know what is the best and the safest program to allow something like mouse freedom. I have problems opening two RO windows because the inactive window freezes, and the only time it unfreezes is when i make it active, and when it unfreezes it plays all the stored actions/graphics/movements during its freeze state, which in the long run makes my PC hang. I saw that by using some software that allows mouse freedom the inactive window does not freeze.
So any suggestions as to what free safe software to use?

the number 5, didnt tried yet so can't tell you if its safe
No, it's not save. I tried that one and ended up with a troyan.
Edit (I didn't even gave a clear answer, so here goes.) There are a few options. First of all, don't click the short-cut on your desktop, go into your RO folder and click the icon instead. If that doesn't work: Right click on your client, properties, and there should be an option somewhere that allows you to open your client without approving/without a screen-freeze.
If that doesn't work, there is a final option.. go to configuration screen>Administrators. or something like that. There should be an option as well.
Note; My own umputer is Vista, altough I'm not on vista right now, so can't check it for you. I'll check it later to explain more specific, and figure something out if you haven't by then. ;D

Your computer just sucks. Get a new one. That just means that either your GPU or CPU is too weak to handle two RO's at once.

femme, go to my computer, go to your hard-drive, go to program files, find gravity, go to your anthemro folder, and then double click the file with the normal icon (the little anime face thing) that's called "Anthem" ... let the client load.. then alt+tab to get back into your files.. and open that file again "Anthem" not "Anthempatch" and then a second client will open up.. voila! :)
