Which services are available?

And, is there anyway I can use the pennies despite the withdraw/deposit page being down?

No the pennies are down...so if you have any pennies In Game they're there till they GMs fix the transfers...

What about Unslotting, is that available via Spend Credit?

Yes, you may send in a Spend Credit request to unslot your weapon.
Just make sure you put in the right amount of ad credits, or it won't be answered.
