Its a middle headgear, as he said: Slotted[1], no defense and no +1 stat thus invisible.

So it's simply a slotted headgear that doesn't show up or do anything?

i think it's often used by people to trick another player into believing they don't have a midgear.. yet they could have a pretty decent card on the invisible contact lenses. a type of strategy i guess? that's my little theory anyway  :-\
