yeahh, i'm kind of a noob. ):
where can i buy clothes at?

In all of the cities there is a NPC called Armor Dealer. You can buy all forms of armor and equipment from them. You have to look around however in different cities since they tend to sell equips that match the theme of the city. i.e. Geffen sells armor meant for magic using classes since it's the City of Magic.

Well, if you mean changing your clothing like this: Shirt to No Shirt, you can't do that in this game.
