Title: Firecracker NPC - Rachel Sanctuary Quest? (GM please)

There must be a NPC that sells firecracker. Where can I find him, does anyone know? oO

There was one for a while, but then they removed it. It used to be in Louyang.

I need firecrackers to finish the Rachel Sanctuary quest and since Nemma seems to got her 500m, I wanted to complete this quest. Don't tell me we can't open Rachel Sanctuary due to no firecrackers. oO

Then come Rachel and sell my SinX some. xD

If there're no firecrackes being sold by any NPC nor being dropped by any monsters, how do the GMs plan to open Rachel Sanctuary? I'd appreciate some official GM statement at this point. :3

I don't think you need to do the quest to get in.

According to Nemma and the quest guide, yes. The 500m are needed to actually start the quest to open the gate and Nemma will tell something about some automatic security and so on, what she actually does. So yes, the 500m seem to be spent. But I dunno, maybe the GMs are planning something different for us...

They will make the same Npc as in RMS i guess. which is the one in

Do note that RMS is completely based on eAthena and thus might not be completely accurate.

when u go too Hugel the first house there a NPC she sells firecrakers /ok

It has a nice little photo of a mini-map showing you what it should look like when you're standing in the building that sells fireworks.
Its directly south of the warp girl in Hugel; the first building to the left, as soon as you step off the stone-tiling (when walking south and not having changed your camera view after warping into the city).
