Title: Kindle Dagger NPC?

Hello,

Can someone tell me where I can buy a kindle dagger?

 I searched einbroch for the weapon dealer NPC but was unable to find him. Is there an NPC where I can buy the fire elemental dagger?

If not then is there a way to get my weapon to a fire element with an npc by bringing him certain items or will I need a blacksmith?

I dont think there is a NPC that sells Kindle Dagger. If you need a fire dagger, you have to find a Blacksmith with forging abilities to get you a dagger

i broke 10 dagger..and still no +10

Directions to the Einbroch Weapons NPC:-

From the warp girl from whence you arrived, go down through the east side stairway and go to the first east bridge you can see. Then make another turn north when one sees a crossroads. One should be able to see a couple of trees and a circle bearing the Republic of Schwartvald symbol. From there, simply move northwest and one can see an entrance with the sign 'Arms' above. You should be there. In the shop, I think it is the one on the utmost right.

No, it is my insufficiency that caused the blunder
Looks like I need to do some exploring again. I havent done that in awhile
