is it possible to spend credit for an unusual (and normally impossible) service, such as marriage to a baby character?

Nope it's impossible since the choices for spending credit card are limited as far as i know .
Better to have a GM answer to this .

Honestly though, I doubt this is possible. Its never been done before, but I don't think you can.

well, yes, but marrying my wife's baby character is what i want to do, mainly.
i just worded it that way so i'd know whether or not to ask for more unusual stuff. :P
