My Ticket 478 hasnt been answered in a long time and im wondering if a high GM can take a few minutes to answer it so i can stop bugging them i would really apperciate it according to another GM i need to know the costs for the item retrieval... please help

Isn't it $10 per item and $20 for an SQI?

no idea some say SQI's are 30 and regular items are 10 but thats not the point i was told to wait for a high GM but its almost a year.....and its been months since the last answer (about 5 months ago)

Yeah when they need to go to High GM's they take ages. Might wanna update topic to say High GM?

It's right there, you just need to read it. @_@
Also, the High GMs will tell you what you have to pay in order to recover items.

Posting topics like this one won't really speed up the work on your ticket. You just have to wait until it's your turn, like everyone else. Some tickets are dealt with faster, others take more time, simply due to the severity of the case. :(

but its been almost a year....@_@ and if thats true about the prices i already have the item ID why cant i get them now?

Actually, it's easy to find out the item serials. You just have to take a look at the item logs (respectively we have to), and follow the item where it went. It's not as easy, though, to recover the item, since it might have been sold several times, unslotted, cards put on another weapon, again sold, and so on. All these trades/unslottings have to be reversed, and if the item passed accounts of innocent players, they have to be reimbursed. It's not as easy as you think, considering there are like 4-5 new "Lost item" tickets every day. :S

It may be annoying to wait for a long time, but please be careful with your items, do not share items or accounts with anyone, and you don't have to worry about an item recovery. :(

its very annoying...and i still have yet to recieve a notice or something stating that they are actually doing it i know you guys do the easy ones first who doesn't but i think people who wait the most should be able to at least get some sort of here is an update on what we found and ect... all i know it cant take a whole year to find something...
