Title: Tabling my signature?

I have no clue how to table my signature,if anyone could help that would be great  :angel:

I want these in my signature:

strange that it worked without haveing to use the table thingys ...but oh well @  @
but this codes pretty basic, just by lookying at it and seeing the pic im sure ud understand it ~nyo^^
