is been some week befor i lost my weapon jur s +8 whit 2 cards doppl i don't care about mony i only whan my cards back tall me why explin to me why is take to much time i feel empty >_<

how i can fight normal whitout my weapon i can kill monster i can't do this whit out my doppl is not my problem is have demn ppl in to user i take what thay want why thay can't back the item and that all

For the love of god, type legibly.
All I'm saying is that it usually takes time to respond to a support ticket, so be patient about it. Even if you complain all day long, nothing will change the fact that your ticket will be done when the GMs get to it.
By the way, did you typed like that on your support ticket? if so.......

damn man, i have totally no idea what you are trying to say on the start of your second sentence. did you got hacked or something? If you are hacked then for sure your in for a looong wait. These type of cases really takes time to take action to.
