Title: Err.. Homunculus Naming?

After spending a bit of time with my little gelatinous bundle of violent joy, I decided to try and name my Vanil... Yet, after selecting the 'Mod' next to the name spot, it said that I would only be able to change the name once, which I knew. However, there wasn't any prompts or anything to what to change the name to and it instantly saved it's name as Vanilmirth... There were only two button choices, 'OK' and 'Cancel' directly after clicking the Mod button, Cancel simply closed it (tested that part yesterday) and OK instantly saved it without giving me the option to change it...

Is there any other ways to go about fixing that? Or was there something I missed?

I did this too, then remembered you're supposed to type the name in over the old one before you click mod.

Only way to fix it is to kill (permanantly) your homu and get a new one. And I'm not doing that since I'm too poor and don't even use my alchy too much anymore.

Darn, would of probably been better to have known that before getting him up to level 40. xx;

Gathering up the scell to feed him was a chore, not to mention how much money was spent in getting just the right one. /swt

There are NPC's that sell the food for homunculi...

Yeah, I ended up remembering that even though the Alchemist guild doesn't exist on this server, the one store in Geffen does. xD

That or you can also buy them at the alchy shop XD And for the name yah you were supposed to click on it's name first you can earse it if u haven't perminatly changed it's name yet and THEN you hit modify X3
