Title: RO can't access to offline data

help please

Shortcuts don't work... emblem doesn't work and no dye =)
I have a Shortcuts folder in RO
when i set the shortcuts ingame... there's a file inside Shortcuts
but when i restart RO the shortcuts are gone (f1-f9)

i have a folder named Emblem in RO and a pic 24x24 
but ingame it won't be recognized

and dyeadvance doesn't work.... or which programm was it that supresses Hallucinating?

Delete the shortcuts folder and remake it.
