Title: Can't delete pg

Hi,
Why i can't delete my pg, i'm sure that the e-mail addres isn't wrong so why it tell me it's incorrect? Someone else got the same problem? Thanks

(If you are referring to ingame characters:) As far as I know, the email is case-sensitive, so you should check it at first by logging into the account control panel (http://www.anthemro.com/login/login.php?redirect=account.php). If you're still unable to delete a character, you could temporarily change your email address to "test" (it does not need to be a valid address, just choose a word that's easy to type in), follow up with the deletion, and change the email back afterwards. Please do not forget to change your email back to one you actually have access to, or else we won't be able to send you a password recovery email, just in case!!
