Title: Windows Vista[New Question comment, *looks at Acejay and Denia* /heh]

On the download page for anthem it says that only windows XP and 2000 support the download. Does this mean if you get vista you wont be able to download anthemRO?

Ok, good cuz i have vista, and i got scaed it wouldn't work... i'm not dowloading anything atm anyway cuz of antivirus.. its not working properly (I feel relieved that it worx :P :laugh:) :3

I have vista and aRO works but not normally, when I open the patch and press start RO won't boot but RO worked when I went straight for the program itself. mind telling what is wrong?

Your patcher isn't linking to the right spot.

If you've moved your RO folders post-install, then move them back, or reinstall in the new place.  If memory serves correctly, it links to where you downloaded and installed them.

If all else fails, reinstall the mini, or just have both links to the patcher and the game on your desktop.

Others, including me, without Vista have that problem too.

New full installer works with Vista as well as other OS', the patcher in the Full Install works and will link correctly to AnthemRO's startup. Some people have problems with the mini where it doesn't link up correctly, however, others do not for some strange reason. In any case, a new mini should be released very soon.

Well, I meant OS' as in other operating systems. Actually, I meant other versions of windows such as that of XP and 2k. I know it works with Mac and Linux... Either way it's just like the old install of Anima so there shouldn't be any problems with the full install at all. They may not run perfectly, but they run /heh With Linux you would have to use WINE to run it, as for mac, I'm not quite sure .............................

Regardless though, you should be able to download no matter what OS you use X3 (Answering your original question X3)

Macs use BootCamp to run Windows.

I've heard you can turn a Mac into a PC/Windows. If you do this can Anima still run, or is this jumping the gun too far?
