This is the kind of thing you test yourself, not ask a board mostly comprised of people that don't even play RO anymore.

its your connection speed and computer speed. the faster you press the faster you heal :p

Actually I found that your attack speed affects how fast you can spam items. I noticed in niff, you can't spam meat as fast when you don't have your adrenaline rush buff on and therefore lower attack speed, though this does leave it open to adrenaline rush affecting it instead but I think that it is most like just the attack speed and not adrenaline rush causing that.
