Is this card very useful for the most part? About how much do you think it's worth? Is it better for pvp or pvm?

it is useful, especially for woe, if you plan to hit a high mdef to reach freeze immunity, without wearing a marc.

Yeah it's 5 mdef and probably worthless(or under 100k) since its a niff card, and like ben said, it's more useful for PvP.
