Okay i wanna know why Elemental Change Skill has been disabled to work on pvp and WoE. I understand why they disabled pocket/converter scrolls endows( Cuz it just asks for unbalance @_@) but why did they disable the sage/prof Elemental Change Skill?
No one knows @_@??

You can't use it on players in the official servers as well, only on the monsters.
So I think it was originally implemented that way already, probably not much point changing it.
