Title: How can I find the MVP Kiel?

Can anyone give me directions? I checked ratemyserver, it's confusing. It says he's in KH dungeon ._.

Warp to Juperos, leave the dungeon, go right, then head for the middle of the map.

Then head upper left, up, and talk to the NPC in that room.

You'll need 30 Hard Pieces of Steel to enter LV 2 of the dungeon, which is in the upper left.  Most of the monsters there drop the Steel.
