Title: Quick Question About MVPs.
Post by: Well on August 20, 2008, 10:13:15 pm
Hi I would just like to double check to make sure.
If a party kills an MVP and it is on even share,
will the whole party get exp or only the one who got the MVP sign?
Thanks a lot, and sorry for disturbing you.
;D

Thing is that could get lost in translation, overflow damage applies too. If an MvP has 10 hp, you do 9 damage and someone hits it for 15 damage- they get mvp.

It works like this. The MVP gives two different sets of XP. They give normal base/job xp which will transfer to everyone in the party. Then they give MVP base/job xp which only the person who gets the MVP sign will get. The MVP xp is also increased by a certain amount for each person that attacks the mvp

That amount is 25% per hit or "tap" (popularly known as the tap method /heh) for a max of 580% I think.
