Title: Is it legal to MPK in Glast Heim Underprison ?

Wolf84 and kintaro-oe (or Kintaro-oe) are mpking in glast heim, i have over 100 pics of them. But im just YET too lazy to report them, and im collecting more evidence so they REALLY get ip banned.
So is it legal to mpk at glast heim underprison ?
Rules says that exeptions are couple maps including glast heim prison, so idk if it counts to mpk

Huh, I knew those names were familiar. I looked at my report from a while ago (which hasn't been resolved yet ;x) about Polying in Payon Dun.; those two are the exact same guys I reported. ~_~

btw: altho ive never reported anyone (YET /gg) doesnt mean i wont.

now theyre both stalkers, they get a MASSIVE mob and then they sit so the mob gets a new target, and they always do that stalker skill so they disappear, but i have solid evidence dont worry ppls :)
