I'm sure there are other places, maybe even MVPs, if anyone would like to share some it'd be nice.

Just explore yourself xD. Look for MvP's that you can tank and spawn monsters that drop good gears/cards etc... And just farm it xD Also explore dungeons/fields that have a good monster spawn and good item drops :P I doubt people would reveal their private farming areas :laugh:
