Title: a lot of questions

what equips do i need to make a good niff BS without kaho or such??
what's the pussy cat bell for??
how about the Assassin bell??
what is the best way to lvl a 70-something alchemist and his 30-something filir homun??
closest thing to IC in wiz and priest without kaho or such?
 ??? ??? ???

Spring rabbit clipsx2, eddga shoes, some kind of status armor, some Dopple,dopple, bapho weapon, usually a mace. Forgot to mention a shield of some sort with a High orc card in it to keep your mobs aggro'd.

Pussy cat bell is a lower head gear that gives +5 to all stats

Beats me. Probably download MirAI and let your homunc level ina dungeon as you afk or watch.
Closest thing to IC with a wiz is something like 130(?) in priests with bless its 140ish. I'll find a post discussing kaho-less IC alternatives in a second.  way too lazy to find the discussion thread, Eimi summed it up right here though

You don't want two Doppels when you are a BS/WS. One Doppel and about 30-35 agi with Adrenaline Rush will get you max ASPD. Typical Niff weapon is a +10 DBSS Mace or a +10 DBS Chain. Also an alternative for a Shield would be a Tirfing Shield. A cheap armor card would be a Disguise Card.

For leveling your Homunculus, I suggest leveling it on Metalings, on the map one South from Einbroch until somewhere in the 40's. Then take it to Toy Factory 2. I've leveled my Alchemist there and so far he's level 81 and my Homunculus is level 66.

Asassin Bell is just a customized pcb, its in the forum of an asassin mask, right?
It just gives +5 defense like a regular pcb.
