Title: Getting rid of dyefire
Post by: Joker99352 on August 16, 2008, 03:53:30 pm
There are absolutely no dyefire icons and no program that shows up in Add&Remove programs, so how the hell am I supposed to get rid of dyefire? It's screwing up my game, and it doesn't even work when I try to enable it.

Does this work?
If you're using the most up-to-date DyeFire (1.0.1.37), delete the following files from your RO folder:

All *.DFP files (such as anthemRO.dfp, anthemRO-new.dfp, etc.)
dyefire.exe
dyefire.ini
FAQ.txt
sclientinfo.xml
(careful, this file is in the data folder)

Starting the game with AnthemNewExe.exe won't activate DyeFire anyway as long as you delete the sclientinfo.xml in your data folder.

Yeah I think that worked. Thanks!
