Would trading the following Niff equips for a +4 Normal Kaho be a fair deal?



+10 DB Battle Axe
+4  Eddga Sandals
+4 Devi Mant
1x Spring Rabbit Clip
2x Saftey Rings
and a +6 Spikey Band

+4Eddga Sandals: 11~12mil
+4Devi mant: 18~20mil
Spring rabbit: 7.5~8.5mil
+6Spikey band: NO idea.. probably around 800k~1mil?
