Title: Account banned?

One of my accounts on Anthem was banned for some unknown reason. This confuses me because I remember doing nothing wrong. Three of my fighters seem to be gone for good which is generally very frustrating. Is there some way I can find out what I did if I did anything at all? It'd be nice to have my sage back. Any sort of information that can be offered is greatly appreciated, thank you.
