Okay I know this might sound like a stupid question but i was just curious about something. I wanted to move a character from a male account to a female account.
What I was wondering about is do i just have to pay for the transfer of characters or do I also have to pay for the sex change?

I think you just have to pay for the transfer. I'm not 100% sure though, it would be kinda cheap if they decided to charge you for a sex change in order to transfer.

Just pay for the transfer the character will become a female to match the account.
