The character simulator says this is called "バルーンハット", converted into romaji it means "baruun hatto". Obviously Engrish, thus switch the r with an l and you get "baluun hatto". Sounds like "Balloon Hat", actually when you're looking for "Balloon Hat Ragnarok" @ google, you'll find many matches, but no pictures. :/

But I think when I searched for "バルーンハット", I found the words "baloon hat" somewhere in between the kanji symbols, so I think this hat is called Balloon Hat. :D
