Uh, Ya total noob question I know, but I've never gotten to the point but what are the requirments to even go from 2nd job to high novice? I've heard its 99 base level. Is that true? o.0

yes, you need to be level 99 as a 2nd class to trans.

Yes..U shuld have to be 99lvl thats the Max level .....then go n change ur job...to the job changer... then ull be a high Novice....the rebirth again
